EcoWorld ’s Industrial Land Transaction
PETALING JAYA: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld Malaysia) has successfully completed a RM119 million land sale, transferring 32.9 acres of industrial land in Johor to Deye New Energy.
The company confirmed in a statement that the land is situated in Eco Business Park II, Senai, Iskandar Malaysia, a prime industrial location.
EcoWorld Appeal to High-Tech Investors
Deputy CEO Liew Tian Xiong emphasized that the transaction highlights the sustained appeal of Eco Business Parks for Chinese enterprises, particularly those engaged in new economy and high-tech sectors.

“Deye is a leading manufacturer of solar photovoltaic systems, and its investment aligns with our goal of working with businesses that promote sustainability and reduce carbon footprints,” he remarked.

Future Investments by Deye
Deye is a subsidiary of Ningbo Deye Technology Co, a renowned Chinese power inverter manufacturer, which has announced plans to invest up to US$150 million in Malaysia to establish a solar equipment manufacturing base.
Ningbo Deye is a recognized high-tech company and a major global competitor in the solar inverter market.
