Accident Overview: Four Vehicles Involved in Fatal Crash

KOTA TINGGI: A motorcyclist tragically lost his life in a four-vehicle crash at Felda Penggeli. The incident occurred at 7:47 am on Friday (Jan 3), involving two Perodua Alza cars, a Proton Saga, and a Yamaha NVX motorcycle.

Fire and Rescue Department Response

Bandar Tenggara Fire and Rescue Department station chief, Bakhtiar Selamat, shared that a rescue team consisting of 12 firefighters, led by senior officer II Ibrahim Ishak, reached the scene at 8:08 am. The location was approximately 20 km away from the fire station.

Victim Trapped Underneath Proton Saga

Bakhtiar further explained that the victim, 24-year-old Muhammad Fareedzul Anuar, was found trapped under the Proton Saga. The firefighters had to use specialized equipment to recover the victim’s body. Afterward, the body was handed over to the police for further investigation.

Uninjured Drivers and Conclusion of the Rescue Operation

Fortunately, the drivers of the other vehicles involved in the crash were unharmed. The rescue operation was concluded by 9:30 am.
