Neighbours Shocked by Freezer Murder in Taman OUG

The Man’s Isolated Lifestyle

KUALA LUMPUR: The quiet streets of Taman OUG have been shaken by the discovery of a man accused of killing his mother and storing her body in a freezer for three years. Neighbours described the man as withdrawn and rarely seen outside his home.

A Few Sightings in Recent Weeks

A neighbour, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that the suspect, believed to be in his 50s, had only been observed leaving his house on a few occasions in the past two weeks. “He goes out in his car and comes back after a while, probably just to get food,” the neighbour explained.

No Social Interaction with the Neighbours

Many residents of the area, some long-time inhabitants, shared that the man did not socialize. “He doesn’t talk to anyone,” one neighbour said.

The Absence of the Elderly Mother

Neighbours also mentioned that they had not seen the elderly mother in some time. Another resident noted that the house was often dark, and speculated that the man might have suffered a stroke. “We thought something was wrong with him,” she said.

Discovery of the Body

The police were alerted to the discovery of the body on Tuesday when the suspect contacted them. Authorities have launched a murder investigation into the case.
