Nvidia is delaying the delivery of its new AI chip due to design flaws, according to reports from The Information and Bloomberg. The delay could last at least three months, affecting major customers like Meta, Google, and Microsoft. Nvidia has informed Microsoft about the delay in the Blackwell series AI chips, which may not be shipped in large quantities until the first quarter of 2025. Although Nvidia declined to comment on the delay, a spokesperson mentioned that production is expected to increase later this year.
