
“Malaysians File RM60 Million Lawsuit Against WHO and Government Over Vaccine Adverse Effects”
KUALA LUMPUR: A doctor and seven other Malaysians are suing Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the World Health Organization (WHO) for RM60 million, citing severe health issues and deaths linked to the Covid-19 vaccine.
Plaintiffs Seek Legal Redress for Adverse Effects
The plaintiffs, who are between the ages of 26 and 77, filed the writ of summons with Messrs Mohamad Zainuddin & Co on October 23. They have named 25 defendants in total, including the government, WHO, and prominent political figures.
Former and Current Government Officials Among the Accused
Among the named defendants are former prime ministers Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, the Health Ministry, and WHO’s Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. Other key individuals targeted include the current and past Health Ministers and various senior officials from other ministries.
